What Shapes My Work
My work has been shaped by years of leading technical programs and teams, raising a family with my partner Anne, and spending time in nature.
At Intel, I worked across engineering, product, customer, supplier, manufacturing, and executive teams. The work required engineering judgment, customer trust, cross-functional ownership, and the ability to keep teams moving when the answer was not obvious.
People are at the center of my work, whether I am helping deliver a product people value, treating partnership as a human endeavor, or being an active part of family and community.
Nature has influenced the way I approach problems and is central to my life. It reminds me to look for patterns, understand the system, adapt to changing conditions, and stay grounded when complexity is high.
These experiences continue to shape how I work today… start with the real challenge, understand the system around it, focus on what matters most, and build the alignment and operating practices needed to move forward.

Today, I bring that same operating experience to leaders and teams navigating complexity, disruption, growth, restructuring, and high-stakes execution. My work combines engineering discipline, systems thinking, consulting, and coaching to create focus, alignment, accountability, and sustained momentum.
